Tiny Hats For Tiny Babies - POSTPONED UNTIL 2021

Warm Up America! has partnered with the American Association of Pediatrics and the University of California at San Francisco to provide their healthcare workers preemie hats to distribute to new mothers in low- and middle-income countries. The focus of Tiny Hats is to save the lives of one million preterm babies who die within the first 28 days of life. Tiny Hats for Tiny Babies™

Warm Up America! is again supporting the East African Preterm Birth Initiative at the University of California San Francisco. Last year WUA! volunteers helped the organization create an amazing 17,000+ hats for newborns. The hats were so well received by new mothers and health workers in Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya, the University team is hoping to match last year’s hat total and expand the program to additional low- and middle-income countries. The deadline for sending hats for the Tiny Hats for Tiny Babies campaign is December 31, 2018. For more details about the initiative, and hat patterns, check out this special page at the website.
